All Hall of Fame and BasketBull events are run first-class with regards to competition, facilities, officals, organization, staff, and much more.
Sites
The main site for the tournament will be American International College and schools in the surrounding area.
AIC has 4 college regulation, hardwood courts and is ideal for hosting a tournament aimed at providing exposure and competition. In addition, there are numerous courts within 1 mile of AIC, which will be used as secondary gymnasiums, all HS varsity courts.
Format
Every team will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games. Teams will be placed in 4 team pools with 3 games coming from pool play and your 4th game coming in bracket play in either Gold, Silver or Bronze brackets. Depending on how you finish in your pool will determine which bracket you go into, either Gold, Silver or Bronze.
All games have certified IABBO officials.
Games will be played every 1:15 to 1:20. Teams will have ample warm-up time.
Exposure
Division I, II, and III college coaches will be in attendance. Over 40 college coaches came in 2009 for the first year event at Central Connecticut State University. BasketBull specializes in providing first class events that provide competitive game-play that will attract college coaches. Play in games that actually mean something, where you're playing for a championship rather than round robin format. What do colleges want to see you do? They want to see you compete and perform when the games really matter.
